Consultant Care

As an integral part of our Human Resources Department, Navitas has a robust team of coordinators. Our coordinators collaborate closely with our program/project managers (PM) to provide comprehensive consultant care. This support spans from onboarding and client introductions to continuous engagement and offboarding processes.

After accepting the offer, coordinators will initiate the onboarding process, including sending follow-up emails with instructions for necessary documents. You'll be added to the company system and granted access to relevant portals. An orientation meeting is scheduled to cover company policies, client-specific information, and portal access. Eligible candidates receive company equipment and an office badge. Coordinators are available to address any questions or concerns until your start date, providing specific reporting details and first-day expectations tailored to client requirements for a smooth transition.

Coordinators will facilitate your access to Navitas and client portals within your first week. Monthly meetings with you, Navitas PM, and Coordinators will gauge your project contributions and relay any updates from the client's procurement team.

Once you have settled into the project, monthly follow-ups transition to quarterly meetings. During these sessions, our Coordinators will collect information, including your satisfaction with your project role and with Navitas as a firm. Many of our clients provide quarterly performance feedback for our consultants, which is reviewed by our designated PMs and discussed in these meetings.
