Navitas Welcomes Keith Walley as the new VP for Service Delivery

Navitas Business Consulting Inc is pleased to announce that Keith Walley has joined our Global Delivery Team as the VP, Service Delivery. With an impressive track record in program delivery, operations, and leadership, Keith will play a key role in driving long-term success for our federal customers.

Keith brings a wealth of experience to this role, most recently serving as Senior Director of Delivery & Operations at Miracle Systems, where he led a large Department of Defense (DoD) program supporting over 1.4 million AWS GovCloud users. His leadership was instrumental in cybersecurity risk management, financial oversight, PMO development, and global communications—managing a $200 million program with a team of 150+ professionals. Under his leadership, the program consistently exceeded customer goals ahead of schedule, earning exceptional ratings and maximum award fees.

Keith also previously held a Senior Director role at AT&T, leading large-scale national security programs in the Washington, D.C. metro area. His expertise in program management, team leadership, and customer-centric delivery makes him an invaluable addition to our team.

Prior to his work within the GovCon community, Keith served as US Army Officer with assignments including the office of The Joint Staff, J3 (Pentagon, 9/11), Commander of the Computer Support Group - Allied Forces Southern Europe (NATO, Kosovo), and Deputy G6 1st Cavalry Division.
