With over 25 years of experience in both government and private sectors, Srini has built successful teams and delivered outstanding solutions. His leadership has earned Navitas numerous accolades, including recognition from Washington Post, Washington Business Journal (WBJ), INC500, Deloitte Fast 50, Tech200, and the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce.

Srini's commitment extends beyond business. Srini is appointed to serve in the Asian Advisory Board for a four-year term at the pleasure of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Srini has been appointed to the board of directors at the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce and is a recipient of the prestigious Asian Leadership Inspiration Award for the year 2016. As a director on the board of the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the Board of Loudoun Career and Technology Foundation, he actively supports community and industry engagement.
